Partners is part of a growing arts community in the city of North Tonawanda and is unique, in that it has a complete gallery, a studio for classes, and a complete custom frame shop.

The Gallery is host to as many as a dozen shows per year and can accommodate both two and three dimensional work It features the original paintings of numerous area artists.

The Art Studio, located at the same address, offers apprentice teaching, treating each student as an individual, who is given projects suited to his or her talent and state of development. This tradition of training painters has been used for centuries by such masters as Rembrandt and Rubens.

Instruction begins in drawing with charcoal and then progresses through pastel painting and then into oils.

Adjacent to the studio, at 79 Webster, is a complete frame shop.
